For 30 years, Jose Silva, joined by a corps of thousands of instructors who eventually carried his method to more than 100 countries around the globe, taught us how to use our minds, at the alpha brain wave level, to reach our goals and get what we wanted in life.

At the same time, he trained us to be psychics. That is, he taught us how to detect information with our minds -- using intuition, psychic ability, ESP, remote viewing - whatever you choose to call it - and to verify that we were accurate.

In other words, he taught us how to use ESP so that we could use it regularly, reliably, accurately, and with verification that we were correct in the information that we detected.

During those 30 years - from 1966 to 1996 - he told us that this was moving us towards the beginning of the Second Phase of Human Evolution on the Planet.

As miraculous as it was, the things we were doing were only the preparation that humanity needed in order to actually begin the Second Phase of Human Evolution.

What is the Second Phase of Human Evolution?

Jose Silva summed it up one hot summer afternoon in 1998 when he told us:

"Just remember that the reason we were given psychic ability is so that we can find out from higher intelligence, what we were sent here to do, and how to do it successfully."

And that's exactly what the world needs today: Guidance from a higher power, so we will know what our mission is - what God's will is - and how to go about doing it.

We hear people talk about how, "God is on our side."

Abraham Lincoln, America's greatest President, looked at it a little differently.

President Lincoln once told a delegation of southerners, "Sir, my concern is not whether God is on our side; my great concern is to be on God's side, for God is always right."

We humans are fallible. Our political leaders make decisions that are sometimes right and sometimes wrong. Our business leaders make decisions that are sometimes right and sometimes wrong. People all over the world make decisions that are sometimes right, and sometimes wrong.

And sometimes the consequences are too terrible to contemplate.

Blowing up buildings and killing thousands of people will not solve our problems. It never has. It never will.

Jose Silva used to point out to us that, "The Creator is not a destroyer, but a creator. Destroying the creatures that were created by the Creator is certainly not serving the Creator."

There has been a spiritual rebirth going on in the world for a number of years. It is evidenced everywhere.

Some people prey on this human urge to find and serve a higher power. There is a better way. Jose Silva said that we prey - p-r-e-y - on each other at beta, the outer conscious level, while we pray - p-r-a-y - for each other at alpha, the inner, spiritual dimension.

The good news is: We can actually do what Abraham Lincoln suggested: Find out what God wants us to do, and then do it; "for God is always right."

That is what Jose Silva left for us: Through his inspired genius, we now know how to find out what higher intelligence wants us to do, and how to go about doing it.

When we know what higher intelligence wants us to do, and higher intelligence knows just how we are carrying out that mission that's been assigned to us, then higher intelligence is able to provide us help and support.

Mr. Silva used to say that "Coincidences are God's way of showing his hand."

This is not some hopeful speculation on our part. During all the years that Mr. Silva was training us to be psychics, we wouldn't have believed it was true if we could not demonstrate it objectively, and reliably, and repeatedly - over and over and over again.

Objective verification and repeatability are what makes something scientifically valid.

If you can verify objectively, and if you can repeat the "experiment" over and over again, then it is scientifically valid.

For the last four years, we've been doing exactly that with the technique he gave us for obtaining guidance and support from higher intelligence.

Divine guidance and inspiration are not for just a fortunate few anymore. It is within reach of everyone.

Can you begin to grasp the implications of that? The implications are so grand and so wonderful that they are almost too big to fathom.

Just imagine, when everybody is making decisions based on what higher intelligence wants. Imagine a world where everyone seeks guidance about how to fulfill the mission that they were sent here to do, and then follows that guidance.

Imagine when everybody is "on God's side, for God is always right," as President Lincoln said 140 years ago.

There is room for all of us, all of the human creatures that higher intelligence sent here. We were all sent with an assignment - a mission that we are supposed to carry out. There is no evidence that higher intelligence sent us here to work against one another, or to prey on one another.

All of the evidence - verified objectively and then repeated over and over again - is that we were sent here to work together to build a better world for all of us.

What is the ultimate purpose? We don't know. We just know that when we follow the guidance that we receive -- guidance that we verify objectively, and repeatedly - good things happen to us... coincidences bring good things our way... and we find that the world becomes a little better place to live, with less pain and suffering, and with more happiness and joy and satisfaction in our lives and the lives of people around us.

This is the message that we must bring to the world.

Jose Silva took care of the first part of the mission: To show us that we are more than a world of separate individuals, that through our heart and mind and soul, we are connected to everyone on the planet. And in teaching us this, he also made us aware of - and believers in - the reality of a spiritual dimension.

Then, shortly before he died, he gave us a technique that we can use to prove to ourselves that there is a higher power who sent us here with a mission to perform, a higher power who stands ready, willing, and able to guide us in the day-to-day fulfillment of our mission, and who will provide us with help and support in fulfilling that mission.

Far too many times in the past, due to our ignorance, we humans have made our own decisions about what we thought was best... from our individual perspective, often distorted by our fears and insecurities and our greed... and all too often we ended up preying on one another.

Now every person on this planet can quickly and easily learn how to function in the spiritual dimension. Everyone can quickly find out what his or her mission is, and how to go about fulfilling it, doing the jobs we were sent here to do. And everyone can and will receive help from higher intelligence, to fulfill their missions.

It takes only a couple of days to learn how to do this, and only a few minutes each evening before going to sleep, to take advantage of the guidance and help from higher intelligence.

People of all faiths are doing this. It matters not what your religion is, what your nationality is, what language you speak, how much or how little education you have. We all have a mission. And we can all get guidance and help from higher intelligence to fulfill that mission.

If you are too ill to fulfill your mission, you will be able to obtain guidance to help you overcome that problem. If you lack confidence because you were abused when you were young, you will be able to obtain guidance to help you overcome that problem. If you lack education, if you have addictions that prevent you from taking control of your life, if you are broke, if you've suffered a nervous breakdown... whatever your "excuse" may be, will be able to obtain guidance to help you overcome those problems.

Most of our problems are the result of bad decisions that somebody made. When you use your intuition to gather more information, including guidance from higher intelligence, you will make better decisions. And the result will be: fewer problems to correct.

This is the mission that Jose Silva left to us: To bring this message to the people of the world. To teach everyone how to function within the spiritual dimension, to detect more information, to obtain guidance from higher intelligence, and therefore make better decisions and do the job we were sent here to do: Improve conditions on planet earth, and convert the planet into a paradise... for everyone.

Jose Silva showed us that one person can make a huge difference in the world... one person can make the world a better place to live. Through his work, he literally changed the consciousness of humanity. He showed us the reality of intuition and the spiritual dimension.

Jose Silva has left us, but when he left, he left us a wonderful gift... and a big responsibility. We can make a difference. We can finish the mission that he started. We can lead people into the Second Phase of Human Evolution.

If not us, then who will do it? Remember those ten little two-letter words: If it is to be, it is up to me. Let's go make a difference... a positive difference... in our world.
